Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the iSoundMeter mobile application (the "Service") operated by GS ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. License and Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Accuracy Validation & Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer

iSoundMeter is designed for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the measurements depend heavily on your device's microphone hardware and calibration status.

This app should NOT be used for:

Professional safety compliance inspections.
Legal Evidence.
Situations where inaccurate measurements could result in personal injury or property damage.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Pro Features: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal via your App Store / Play Store account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
